Toddler group

My and my sister are looking into running our own toddler group with some soft play and other toys where mums etc can come with their children and socialise and maybe get to drink the coffee that they’ve made four times at home but haven’t been able to drink while hot lol I’ve tried researching where to start but there nothing much out there!! Has anyone done this before who could give me some advice? X
