Essentially just find a provider you’re happy with. Godaddy.com is usually quite cheap (although there may be cheaper UK options that others might advise of..) and once you purchase the domain you can set up email addresses via the cPanel. It’s quite easy. Do note though that it takes up to 72hrs for a domain name to propigate once purchased and you’ve organised hosting.

No advice (sorry!) but I was going to ask the same question so am following!!
