hi i work with learning difficulties. i have just been promoted to team leader in a home nearby in the same company. obviously im really happy but some people where i work have made my life miserable at times. i have written a previous thread about this but ive been called fake etc.
id like a fresh start and hopefully enjoy my new role so im looking for advice on how to move on from this and be a good team leader. i will be working with people who also applied for the job which im bit nervous about. i know this might not seem much to most but i have lost confidence as my husband has been ill and ive lost jobs due to depression so feel im on the way up again but people where i am dont seem happy for me which is kind of ruining it for me.....
