I wondered if anyone could help me write an appeal letter as my flexible work request was refused.
They've given a list as long as my arm of why not and apparently my role now includes visiting another site one day a week (50 miles away)! I went back on a trial for 12 months part time after my first was born and this continued for 13 months till I went off with my second... It worked well, I had zero reviews and zero negative comments.
Please help as I really don't want to go back full time!
