Does the job advert sound like they want you to call them?

I can't decide if it does or not. To me, it sounds like they wouldn't mind you ringing just to chat about the position...

I'm a Medical Secretary in a hospital for two Drs, I think my skills may well be transferable?

You should call
I always try to call before sending my CV ( tends to be for smaller companies) so that they know who I am when my CV arrives
Always been effective
