Ability Within Or Antenatal TV - taking them to court

Hi, has anyone tried to complete an antenatal teacher training course with Ability Within, sometime they call themselves Antenatal TV. I foolishly paid £650 to do the course, they then ceased all contact with me half way through. Fedant, (the official regulatory body), received several complaints and launched an investigation which resulted in them losing their approval. I'm progressing with legal action but I just wanted to know if anyone has found themselves in the same situation or had dealings with them? Many thanks x

I am in a similar boat - I have just handed in my final module work to Jen at Ability Within and haven't heard anything back. She said she was closing the company due to ill health but agreed to certify me at the end of this final module. It's really frustrating and confusing as both the website and emails are now down. I'm also currently emailing an address that clearly belongs to someone else. If you get any updates, do let me know.
