Hi there. Looking for advice please. I was given statutory redundancy in December last year from a university post after 15 years of service. I queried the statutory redundancy as it seemed pretty poor but I was informed that 'that is the policy'. I have since found out that just a few weeks later, the uni (a major uni) are offering voluntary redundancy with a years salary which would be substantially more than what I received! Had I known this was coming, I might have taken up the offer at the time of staying for longer to help out. Do you think I have a case to complain? TIA.
