The database they started developing four years ago, and has been trickling in for two years, still isn't working properly and I've had it up to here >>

Our dept has a huge backlog that I see no sign of being cleared.
Endless extra tasks are being added left eight and centre to try and minimise problems and smooth it out going forward. And it doesn't bloody work because everyone is up to their eyeballs.
It's feel like each time the IT dept resolve or investigate one problem it creates a knock on effect of two more.
I'm juggling trying to keep two databases up to date and it's becoming impossible.
And they paid no attention to the warnings about it going tits up.
