One of my colleagues is on min wage so is excited to hear it goes up to around 783 .I earn only a pound an hour more and work for a big company.I wondered if anyone else's pay is going up as I feel lower paid people should benefit. I will ask when I'm next working.

Yes. Work for a large company and a lot of us are on minimum wage, so it is going up for the majority of the workforce
