Market rate for Office Manager

Can anyone offer an idea of the market rate for an Office Manager? We need to recruit slemone with strong organisational and communication skills, good eye for detail and ability to lead a variety of tasks to keep our head office running smoothly.

Based in South West, in construction. Likely an 0.3 FTE position. Thanks

I would say £30k to £35k if you want someone that can do a really good job including office/admin/hr. it all depends on volume of work.
