Hi everyone, I have been on mumsnet for about a year and the advice I have received has been amazing!
I would like to know how going back to work has been for you?
I work in a small software company in a city close to me, they were so good when I left for mat leave (party for my last day, gifts and lots of support). But I don’t know what they can offer me for when I go back.
I have taken 3 months unpaid and ideally would like to go back to part time. I am the first person to have a baby in the company so have nothing else to go off.
Please can you tell me what flexibility you were offered? Thank you
