What is the standard thing to put on a CV during the time you had a break to have DC?

I am unexpectedly going back to work. I am putting together a CV for the first time in 7 years.

I did DO things while I had DC (the occasional freelance project, plus a couple of committee memberships of art organisations irrelevant to the job.) But I didn't do them full time, nor get paid for the committee memberships.

What does your CV say if you have a gap?

What idontmeanto said. Then underneath list the freelance projects with dates, if they are relevant.
