Hi all,
Check out Guy Kawasaki's blog post dated 3 May 2007 at blog.guykawasaki.com/2007/05/just_in_time_fo.html
Guy reports that according to a story in Reuters, Salary.com released a study that shows what a stay-at-home mum should earn a year for what she does.
Salary.com also provides an online tool so that people can calculate how much a particular mum?s work is worth. Visit: swz.salary.com/momsalarywizard/layoutscripts/mswl_newsearch.asp

A lot of m en have always costed this out to get the right life cover for if their wife dies. Someone I know last year lost his wife and he has had first of all to hire a full time live in nanny for the children so he can carry on working full time. Probably a cleaner too. Then nights when he works late a babysitter. Laundry services. May be someone to deal with admin/post. Then most wives also do quite a bit of childcare and housework at weekends too.
