How do you work pay off Pro Rata details?

I am looking for another job but I do not not how to work out my hourly pay and ACTUAL annual pay.

I am looking for a Teaching Assistant Level 3
Job. It says £20,661 Pro rate Salary.

35 hours a week. 39 weeks a year. Termtime.

Please help!

Does Pro rata mean that would be my pay of i workes 52 weeks, 40 hours a week?

It’ll be £20,661 / 52 x 39 so your salary term time would be about £15.5k I believe.

This is the breakdown I believe

You should get paid for 39 weeks plus a holiday allowance which works out to equivalent of about 42/43 weeks of pay. Assuming 35 hours is full time it is 43/52.
