I have a wwyd question if you don't mind.. when I came back from 1st mat leave my job was given to the girl covering me, it was all done very shady and when i questioned it with my boss he basically shut me down so i just didn't bother to mention it as I'd planned to TTC again soon. The person who took my job is now apparently my manager, even though nobody has ever informed me, and the manager position as far as I'm aware was never open to anyone else. Should i query it with my boss or just accept it and not rock the boat? Pretty certain they have some kind of thing going on hence the favourable treatment but I'm mad that i feel like I've been treated like I don't exist
