Barclays salary negotiations

Hi, has anyone any experience of negotiating a salary with Barclays after a job offer.
I've been offered lower than advertised job salary range & wondered how much you can negotiate.

Thanks, I will check tomorrow, only got the news late tonight. I just wondered if they did this as a rule & you have to spend a few days back & forth to get within the range
