I currently sell hair accessories online and mostly handmake them. I want to know if its a good idea to do a monthly craft subscription box on ‘make your own fashion accessories box’ is it good idea? Could put at least 2 crafting activities in it. Was thinking of pricing £20.00. What do you think mums? Would you buy?

Sorry but I wouldn't pay for a monthly subscription for such a thing, and certainly not £20 when materials are usually available cheaply online with free instructions.

you could try but I don't think it's a feasible idea considering you can buy craft kits in pound shops, eBay & amazon for fraction of the price

My idea was to have 3 sized boxes of fashion craft accessories that you can make and wear on subscription priced small - £3.99, medium -£9.99 & large - 20.00 and with 3 different style, vintage/retro, everyday, gothic themed that you can choose. These accessories when will be suitable for children and adults. The first box will be free for people to try out and then subscription but you can cancel at any time. Whilst some may say you can buy craft items for cheap, the items that I wanted to send, you will not find it so cheap as I source these from abroad and you will not find all under one roof either. I looked at ebay I can say that the items are not on eBay and even if you did find some it will cost £30.00 for the large box which you will have to spend individually. I am thinking of providing glue gun with glue sticks and everything you need to make glam accessories. Do you think it would be a viable business idea?

People won't look beyond the price. They won't look and go "ooh I can't get these items online". Those who want to craft regularly i.e. your target market, will just buy the stuff themselves.
