HR advice

Looking for some HR advice please. I work for a small company and over the past 7 months our services have changed. I have repeatedly asked for a defined role description, regular supervision (normal in my area) and 6 monthly goals and objectives. This has been ignored.

My boss met me for my yearly appraisal last week and said my output had decreased in the last 6 months. I disagree with this. It's just the tasks I undertake are more subtle than previous but still essential. I have drafted a document which more than justifies the hours I put in and am going to ask her to look over it and point out where I could have done more. She also mentioned 2 objectives I didn't meet but when I checked back through emails I am on track to meet them (as I have done every other milestone in the past 5yrs I've worked there). She just changed the dates and milestones without communicating this to me. I have also mentioned this is my email.

Not sure what to do now. I should mention one person left last week due to stress and every other team member is looking for her job.

Her attitude to me changed when I asked for all these things and also asked for a pension and pay rise (had never asked before in 5yrs as I'm not very assertive).

Thanks in advance

Honestly? It just sounds toxic and asking for a pay rise when you haven't had one in 5 years is hardly unreasonable. Your line manager sounds very difficult to work with but is perhaps being pressured by their own manager.

Unless jobs in your area are very scarce, I'd seriously look to move.

It’s not really clear what you’re asking. The steps you are taking in terms of setting out what you’ve been doing and clarifying your achievements sound sensible already.

It might be easier to advise if you say what you want to achieve?
