Should I go FT?

Youngest DS will go to secondary school after summer. Currently PT and have been since oldest born in 2003, looks like there is the opportunity to go FT after summer, this will mean moving from 24hrs to 37hrs. How has anyone else found this change after a long period of time (15 years), is it a good move? How do you cope running house and kids?

Hi, what did you decide?! I have 3 DC and have been pt for 10 years, 22 hours a week....but start back in a full time promoted position tomorrow. Gulp.
Youngest is 4 and as we're in Scotland she doesn't go to school for another 15 months. Feel guilty doing it now, but it was my one and only shot at this top job. So, I figured I had to try it at least.
However, I'm eaten up with guilt and with stress about what it's going to be like.
I hope you make the right decision for you and yours!
