I was wondering what online tools people have found most helpful in setting up their business? The best thing I have found is www.waveapps.com for online accounting, it's free and amazing. What other tools do people use to save time and effort?

'Linkilaw' for legal advice is pretty good. Initial consultation is free and then they can regularly help identify what you may need to consider and how much it would cost.
