Do i have to move?

I'm back to work in a month, and my boss is suggesting that perhaps I could return to work in a different office (further away from home). Do I have to move offices, or can I say I want to return to my office? I only took OML, but am returning part time. Moving to a different office will add so much in travelling time to my day.......

As far as I know then they are allowed to do it. The law states that they have to give you your old job back, but if you want to change that then they don't HAVE to give you anything, sorry.

does your contract specify which office you're based in?
