Anyone made the jump?
I work in a lovely nursing team which is what makes the decision so hard but the pay is crap (non negotiable) and I’m a bit fed up to be honest
I’m forever seeing ads for functional assessors and the starting pay is about ten grand a year more than what I earn now. Good hours etc.
Too good to be true?
