I would love some advice please.
I returned to teaching last year after an 8 year career break, I listed all the things I did and worked at on a separate sheet as advised by a recruitment friend .
Now I’ve seen a middle management pastoral job I would love and that I know I could do, however my pastoral experience in school was about 17-20 years ago, is it still relevant ? All the little courses I went on etc or have I left it all too late ?maybe I’ve not got it in me anymore, just turned 50...
