I would like to start working again after taking a break. I am a business management graduate with admin experience. My DC are 3 and 1.5 years old and i would love to work from home to regain my confidence and gain some financial independence. I am willing to study again from home but I have no clue what to do. I am not very artsy or good at crafts/baking so having that kind of business would not work for me. I would love to have some suggestions.

Some sort of organising - being a virtual PA or a concierge type service? You might be able to get work with an existing company - the one I used employed people on a range of contracts.

Any more suggestions ?

Could you do accounts? - there are lots of small organisations that need an annual audit.

Virtual assistant work - can include anything a busy manager hasn't time for?

I'd like to set up my own letting agency but not sure how to go about it .. if anyone's done this I would be very interested in how they got started.

I cannot do any accounts. Is this easy to learn? I am desperate for financial independence.
