NHS 22.5hours/week Band 6

The job post was band 6 senior position @ 22.5hours/week £30,575 is the offer,how is this thing working?is it like a shared kind of employment?

£30,575 is the full time salary (37.5 hours probably), so you'll be paid pro rata. (30575/37.5) x 22.5 = £18,345 pa basic salary. Probably not a job share, just a part time post.

Yeah, I like it it means I get the weekends with the kids. Only downside is that I have lost a lot of money from unsocial hours payments but I have managed that by budgeting a bit better
