Looking for ideas for a career change after Biomedical Science

Hi,

I have worked in pathology for 21 years now but I am struggling BIG time with the new shifts we have to do now (esp. nights). I have asked to reduce hours numerous times and been refused (due to short staffing) but I, like other colleagues, I am wanting to escape.

Has anyone got any ideas of where I can look? I have a BSc and MSc in Biomed Science. Definitely want out of the NHS.

Public health? It's brilliant :)

How would I find out about that?
