Hello
All knowing starter-uppers!!
I need to get insurance before I hire a room for my new business (fashion/sewing classes for kids (from age 7 - 18), and mums.

I’ve googled but the options seem to focus on age 3+ and I’m having age 7 upwards.

Can anyone recommend any insurers? Not too expensive!!

Thanks Flowers

For anyone else in the same situation looking at niche sewing/fashion/art ventures I’ve come across:

The Artists Information Company
www.a-n.co.uk/about/insurance
Ian W Wallace LTD

craftinsurance.co.uk/
Insurance for craft clubs and societies
TH March
Michael Morton

Hope someone finds this info useful and I’ll let you know how I get on x

Why wasn't me suggesting a broker helpful? That is the best way to get specialised insurance. You've clearly Googled my suggestion and found two brokers you can use. Good luck with running your business.

@parapluiepliant How did you get on and who did you use in the end? I'm setting up a similar idea myself. Would be great to chat if you have time.
