I have just applied for a p/t admin job which I thought I had a good chance of getting shortlisted for at least. Close date was Friday morning, they were shortlisting and contacting interviewees on the same day.
I have heard nothing so am not getting an interview, but feeling rather miffed. DH thought that the speed of the shortlisting process implies that they already had an internal candidate. What do you think? Or is he just being consoling because he cares?
