Two issues

I am the only female without an actual office. All (male) comparators in similar roles do. Is this discrimination? If I am given a much smaller office than others, is that discrimination? It cannot be argued it is not relevant to my role.

I am aware of a huge disparity between my salary and my (all male) comparators. Can I ask my employer to confirm this? Can I take my employer to a tribunal whilst am still employed/ would my job be protected? Appreciate it may not be a pleasant environment in which to work but I love my job and am good at it.
