Second job sending emails to main workplace

I have been working for two educational establishments for a few years now. I was offered a promotion and more hours in main job in December. I offered to continue teaching in second job until they found a replacement just one day a week.

This week administrator from the second job emailed me at home and at my main workplace twice. I asked her not to email me at my main workplace but offered to go in in the evening to resolve the problem. They decided to resolve it without me. The head of centre at the Uni ( job2 ) emailed me supporting the administrator saying they would continue to email me at other email addresses when they regard matters as important. Previously I have asked for my personal email not to be included in mass emails to a wide range of staff. This has not happened.

I do not like them emailing me at home but I tolerate it. However I do not want them emailing me at my main workplace. What should I do?

Block them at that email address and let your main line manager know that you have raised it with them, blocked them, and you will not be dealing with any issues relating to that role during your main working hours.

Can you set it to auto reply to that email address only - something along the lines of:

I am now/currently unable to be contacted at this email address - if this matter is urgent please resend your original email to [personal email address] otherwise please resend to my [work 2 email address] and I will deal with it when I am next in - usually on Tuesdays (or whatever day it is!). Please note that while I usually pick up my [personal email address] mail in the evenings, this is not always possible so there may take several days for me to see it.

I would also see if there is something you can do to point out that they should not be sharing your personal email address as part of teh data protection act - don't know enough about it other than to wonder if it could be invoked to protect you here?

Thanks. I will block them and inform my manager.
