I'm doing some research on the talent pools available to employees and I really like how there is a job board on Mumsnet.
I just want to know what you like about the job postings that are made available and how valuable you feel it is to have this available to you all?
I think there are so many talented men and women who access this site that are thinking about returning to work - would you just consider part time roles or would you be open to full time positions being advertised?
Would you refer any jobs you saw to friends/husbands that you thought would be pertinent to them if the positing in question didn't appeal to you?
