Can anyone tell me if a hair drugs test comes back clean cañ you still be dismissed

How long have you worked there? Under two years and you don’t really have any protection.

I would think you couldn't be dismissed for drug use after a clean test. Are there other grounds to dismiss you on?

From what role? Would drug taking be serious misconduct and is there other evidence? If you have been employed there less than 2 years you can be let go anyway.

A hair drug test is usually used in cases where drug use over a period of time is suspected.

Hair drug tests are used mostly in family court cases but I have never heard of one being used by a employer before.

Are there any special reasons Why a hair drug test is being used in this way?
