I'm currently putting a proposal together to do a job share as a HR Manager and I would appreciate advice from anyone who is currently in a job share, particularly where they are managing a team

How is it perceived by management
What issues/barriers have you encountered and how have you overcome them - if at all
Is there competetitiveness between the two partners
How do you cover holidays/absence etc
