I would like to be either a footballer , wrestler or a tennis player

I would like to be an ambassador to an easy, low key country with minimal issues (so not a big job like ambassador to the USA, but rather somewhere smallish like Singapore)

Air traffic controller. Nearly switched from Army to RAF when I was younger, really wish now I'd done it then. I'd have been fab at it too, I know that now. Would have played to all my strengths. Long standing regret.

However I wouldn't have met the current Mr Ark if I had, so it's not all bad
