I’m currently an industry nurse, seriously considering a transition to repping/account managing in the next couple of years, once the DC are at school.
What are the pros and cons of your role?
What attributes are essential in your opinion?
And may I be so nosy as to inquire about your salary? Ballpark figures obviously. I’m currently on 34K plus company car/ private med insurance. Will I earn significantly more as a rep?
It’s not purely a financially motivated consideration as I really need a new challenge to use my brain a bit more than I currently am.
