alternative to nursing but still hcp

this is not for me, it is for FM's bf

nursing does not suit him at all. he wants something medical but not personal care etc.

he also wants to move to America (had wanted to be a crna)

any ideas?

I wanted to go into radiography or OT. I can't because I'm in Wales and funding is insane but that's what I'd do.

SLT working with adults in a hospital setting? Brain injury, stroke, cancer. Swallowing and communication. So many different aspects to it.

Not OT if he wants to move to USA, unless he does an MSc. Also still involves personal care if you're in physical.

What does he actually like about his job and what does he want to change?
