Just applied for a role in Private School (Ardingly College), for Data Administrator. Does anyone have any helpful tips or know what the interview process consists of, for an Admin role at this school?
Is it just a chat or do they expect you to do a test? Are they accommodating if you want to consider moving your child to the school, if they do, what perks come with working here?
Is the College easy to get to in rush hour traffic, travelling a distance from southeast of Haywards Heath on local roads?
Any help would be very useful, been out of a working environment for several years and getting back into it after enjoying time as a parent.
