Hi everyone. So this is a ongoing stress!! I am going back to work in February and have to do the three calendar months with my NHS employer so I don’t have to pay back the maternity pay. In these three months is sick leave and annual leave deducted? As this would mean I would be back for longer than the three months if I have a minor op a month after being back?
