A job to do with graphic design has come up where I work which would be absolutely perfect for me. One of the competencies is 'Seeing the big picture'. I have read the framework and it states that it's about understanding how your role im[pacts on the whole of the department. I have searched for more information online but there isn't much. I don't see how I could come up with an example of how I have demonstrated this in the past. It also seems to be specific to government departments so does this mean that I can't use an example from my previous private sector job?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
