Hello. I left my job last month. Spoke to my manager, everything fine. Asked to make sure if be paid for my holidays etc when I left. All fine. Come pay day. Not been paid. Rang my manager. She said I'd have to wait to speak to the person who does wages when they are back off holiday in a week. Asked for my pay slip. They said they'd ring me back. They didn't. I rang them and apparently I didn't even have a pay slip. It's now been 3 weeks since I should have been paid and getting close to Christmas with two young kids it's really upsetting me. I haven't heard from my manager. I have messaged and not receive a reply.
Is this lawful not to pay me and not to have a pay slip. And how long should I have to wait to be paid. Any help would be great. Thanks
