Google Reviews

I have a small business which I've 'inherited', there are google reviews which I need to respond to. Can anyone tell me how I do this? I'm clueless and as far as I know the business has never had a log in to be able to do it. The previous owners were not tech savvy at all, and they're not around to ask.

To respond to the reviews, you will first need to verify the business with Google.

How to do this will depend on if the previous owner claimed the business with Google or not.

If however, they did not, you will need to verify as a new verification. This guide shows you how to do that: support.google.com/business/answer/6300717

There are a few bad ones, and they're really unfair but it's just because of the nature of the business. It doesn't seem right that people can just leave reviews we can't edit but since they're there I need to address them.
