I have a friend who has started work for a company that does cleaning for the elderly in their own homes. She went to a new client today and the client smokes. The whole house stinks of smoke and my friend left smelling of smoke. It got into her clothes and hair. What are her rights about working in those conditions. She then has to go on to another client smelling of smoke.
