Can you help with an interview question!

I have an interview soon which I attended previously about 6 months ago (I obviously didn't get the job).
A question in particular made me stumble which was ' what has been your proudest moment?'
I was hoping someone could give me some advise or examples on how to answer, I want at least to be prepared incase the question comes up again!
Thanks in advance!

For this you would need to outline an achievement, ideally related to a work situation. Any qualifications our outstanding performances at work? Perhaps something that you achieved against the odds? Have you overcome any challenges for an achievement?

From a work perspective I have used as an answer reference to an official form I designed (how I went about it) and how on the first ‘live’ test run the form was highly praised by the person in charge who suggested national roll out ASAP. Not live shattering - but still proud 10 Year’s on!!

Think about what the job requires and give a proud moment linked to it. For example, if it is teaching, then how you helped a student overcome difficulties. If it is project management, then a big project you brought to fruition on time and on budget that was praised by all.
