Name, address and contact details. Can list personal details such as marital status, nationality, DOB. You can do a short personal statement - a few lines on your strengths and abilities, hobbies etc. Education and qualifications goes earliest to most recent, job history goes most recent and work back. Then usually 2 referees at the end. Try to relate it to the job you're applying for and don't make it more than 2 pages of A4.
Try google for templates and things. Good Luck!

When you write your job history, give a brief outline of the role/your responsibilities and skills as well - a job title alone doesn't tell anyone much. But, keep it brief, as said, don't go over 2 sides of A4. I use a table for my qualifications as it generally uses up less space and braeks up the look of the CV. Good luck.
