I'm applying for a job in a contact centre run by the local authority (facilitating supervised contact for families) If you've worked in one can you tell me what it's like and what are the main skills /abilities/experience they are looking for? any pointers for my application and interview if I get one? I'm aware it will be a challenging role but I think I would be good at it. thanks .

I do as a relief worker. Good observation and report writing skills are needed.

Positive outlook and non judgemental as you need to remain impartial.
I didn't have any child experience, I work full time in health service. I did have voluntary work with children though.
