I have been of work sick since February I have been sacked but told I will get 12 weeks lieu will i get it i if I wouldn't have been able to work

hi my partner has been put on the sick with depression ,anxiety he has worked for this company for 7 yrs 5 yrs as a area manager getting £ 7,800 a year he has been doing loads of hours & 2 yrs ago had a heart attack due to the stress at work his boss is on his back all the time he was told some thing & was told if he told anybody he would be sacked we put in for a move of house which has come though does he have to tell his boss we are moveing , also he is sending me texts & emails all the time asking questions which he nos the answer to could you advice me please there is a lot more to this but just for now need the answer to the moveing question
