McDonald's welcome meeting help

Hi mummies/daddies,

Has anyone worked for McDonald's? I've just been accepted for the job today as I need more hours in the week/evenings to work around my childcare and to earn some more money.

I have been invited to a welcome meeting tonight (over the phone) and forgot to ask what I should wear. Would it be casual or should I go in interview attire?
Does anyone work there now? And like to give some insight to how it works now days. I worked for them back when I did my GCSE's to earn pocket money, but that was nearly 10 years ago 😱

Thank you

Ring back and ask for clarification re dress code

If in doubt, go smart. Overdressed is generally a safer bet than underdressed.

My son went to one 8 months ago he wore trousers, shirt and tie, he took his tie off on arrival (after seeing the other attendees) and says he was still by far the smartest dressed there!

Thank you for the replies I'm going to go in my black trousers and white blouse just to be safe. Like you say better to be over dressed than under dressed x
