It's the niche litigation firm where I work as a consultant. We do get a lot of clients from London and the SE, because of the calibre of the lawyers and we're a lot cheaper than most London firms.

If you have the money then Dentons or blp- check out legal 500. You looking to JR or appeal!

What's a JR?

A chartered surveyor specialising in mediation could also be a option.

We use Freeths or Fraser Brown, Nottingham for our cases.

If permission has been granted then you would seek to judicially review it in the courts if you thought there were irregularities with it. 6 weeks from date of decision notice.

If you want to submit an objection a planning consultant who knows planning policy is a good bet and sometimes better than a lawyer. Turley is good.
