lunch break

i know this is a very random question, but what time do you all get your lunch break, is it paid and how long is it?

I don't have a time when I have to take lunch.
I don't have contracted hours so no way of telling if I'm paid for it.
Varies from 10min to 1.5hrs.

Before maternity leave lunch times started at 11am and finished at 3pm. You should have 1 hour as you are not paid so if you took 1/2 hour which was normal then you could either leave early or have 1/2 hour overtime. 1/2 hour at 11am was so early but then 1/2 hour at 2-30pm was the other extreme.

i work from 8.30 till 4.30, i have half an hour to be taken between 12 and 2. Paid

I used to work until 5.30 - pre DS and had an hour paid lunch.

I have half an hour unpaid, taken whenever I get chance to nip to the local sandwich shop.

I'm on flexi-time and can take a paid lunch break of between 1/2 hour and 2 hours any time within reason. But I have to lose at least 1/2 hour of time whether I take the break or not (and it's usually not )

I have half an hour unpaid, but never usually get to take the half an hour!
