Annual leave entitlements

Hi

I have to give 3 months notice at my job, do I still accrue annual leave during that time? And do I accrue annual leave whilst on annual leave?

Ours runs Jan-dec so just trying to work out if I can have the last month as A/L before I hand my notice in.

Yes to both. You're employed during your notice period and while on leave.
